Highly recommending Downtown Kia if you need/want to own a car. Besides the excellent service, all staff are very nice and accommodating. We tried in other dealership but there is no exact period given of how long to wait for our desired unit to be available. Happens to bump into Ken in Facebook Marketplace and blessed to secure a good deal with him. We are given a 1-2 months waiting period but this dealership just gave the unit to us in just 2 weeks! Transaction is smooth and we had no issues. Also, the vehicle that we got is exactly the car we wanted, Kia Carnival 2024. The car is so great!
